The institution changed the name to Taiwan Provincial Charity House of Chang-hua and specialized in providing public funded elder care on July 1, 1976.

Beginning self-funded elder care in October, 1985.

Adding the Handicapped building and Providing special care for the handicapped and incapable elders in 1992.

Under supervision of Ministry of Interior and called Central part Elder's Home of M.O.I on July, 1 1999.
